About This Project
For Bomonti Residence, we clad the facades of the high-rise residential towers with black-and-white patterned composite panels alongside glass balcony railings.
The checkerboard pattern formed by a different panel arrangement on each floor gives the building a distinctive silhouette in the city skyline.
The rooftop common areas and pool terraces were detailed with matching facade/parapet cladding to carry the same material language throughout.
