About This Project
Aktim Çarşı is a mixed-use development combining retail units with a residential tower. Onka Yapı contributed both the coloured composite panel cladding on the lower retail podium and the glass-aluminum curtain wall on the tower above.
High-performance glass units paired with the aluminum structural system gave the building both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency.
